Our heritage loaves are made the tried and true way with organic heritage wheat flours, filtered water, salt, and time. Slow fermented for 24-48 hours, these loaves are easier to digest and more nutritious. Heritage grains have been carefully preserved for generations and are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The fermentation process breaks down gluten and phytic acid, enhances nutrient absorption, reduces glycemic impact, and develops complex, tangy flavors.



All inclusion loaves are made with organic unbleached flour, filtered water, and the highest quality organic ingredients specific to each loaf — from grass-fed butter and organic milk to fair-trade chocolate and cold-pressed oils. Every inclusion is intentionally sourced because what goes in matters just as much as how it's made. You have the option to upgrade to heritage flour for +$3 per loaf.
